I knew I had seen this dress before! Kim wore this gucci bedazzled mini paired w/ otk black gucci boots the other night while her and Leneatha "Tell It Like it T.I.-Is" Leaks were partying at Mr Chow in L.A.! On the other hand Rachel wore the same frock to the Gucci pop up store celebration in New York! I have my opinion about this dress.......... but you decide:
